For students interested in on-site programs, South University has locations throughout the South including Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina in addition to two Florida locations. Students can elect to take courses online on a part-time or full-time basis. Additional program information includes:

- An Accelerated RN to MSN online degree program is available for students without a BSN degree
- A BSN from an accredited collegiate institution and a GPA of 3.0 is required for admission into the MSN program
