MSN Programs at South University

South University offers three online programs for nurses: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Accelerated RN to MSN program, and Master of Science in Nursing. MSN students study current healthcare issues such as ethical decision making strategies, socioeconomic trends, the physical care environment, and technology.

For students interested in on-site programs, South University has locations throughout the South including Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina in addition to two Florida locations. Students can elect to take courses online on a part-time or full-time basis. Additional program information includes:

  • MSN students have the opportunity to focus on the Nurse Educator specialization
  • An Accelerated RN to MSN online degree program is available for students without a BSN degree
  • A BSN from an accredited collegiate institution and a GPA of 3.0 is required for admission into the MSN program
  • MSN program takes 18 months to complete
